The Minister of Finance has declared to accept one of the Creg tariffs. IHTF was in contact with VBO/FEB on the topic and VBO has sent a mail to the Minister whereby it is proposed to apply one single tariff for whole Belgium (see attachment; is confidential). We wait for the circular, expected this year.
Notice that it will be a temporary solution; it would be replaced when technological solution would become available that allow eg a detailed calculation per user, an separate invoicing mechanism directly to the employer,….
