IHTF Event Announcement | VAT and Transfer Pricing Adjustments: Regulatory Developments, CJEU Case Law and Practical Implementation

Join the IHTF and Tiberghien for an Interactive Discussion on VAT and Transfer Pricing Adjustments

The In-House Tax Forum (IHTF) is pleased to invite its members to a hybrid event hosted by Tiberghien on Friday, 30 October 2026, at the firm’s offices in Tour & Taxis, Brussels.

Recent developments in the interaction between VAT and transfer pricing adjustments, including important Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) decisions, have once again highlighted the need for businesses to carefully assess their VAT positions, contractual arrangements, invoicing processes, and supporting documentation.

This event will provide both a technical overview of the latest developments and an opportunity to discuss practical implementation challenges with fellow in-house tax professionals.
