We’re excited to welcome Peter Hoogland as our second keynote speaker at the 13th #PlenarySession of the In-House Tax Forum, taking place on 26 November 2026 at the Van der Valk Hotel Ghent
π€ “Everyone is building. No one is deciding.”
On AI, behaviour and why strategy dies in the corridor.
AI is on every boardroom agenda. Strategies are approved. Investments are made. Yet many organizations struggle to turn ambition into lasting change.
In this keynote, Peter Hoogland challenges the gap between strategy and execution. He will explore how AI is reshaping behaviour, workflows, organizational design, leadership, and decision-making.
More importantly, he will address the critical questions leaders need to answer:
β
Who will do what work?
β
Who gets to decide?
β
What should we build, adapt, postpone, or stop?
β
Why do so many transformation initiatives stall before they create value?
Youβll discover where plans get stuck and gain a practical framework for deciding what to build, adapt, postpone or stop.
