Yesterday was yet another important day for the exchange of ideas between Belgium’s leading tax teams and the government.
The InHouse Tax Forum organized a successful event on the Belgian R&D tax incentives in the beautiful, perfectly circular Glaverbell building. The event was hosted by one of our sponsors Leyton, specialists in R&D incentives and grants.๐
Industry experts gathered to exchange knowledge and experiences on R&D. We also welcomed Wesley De Visscher, chef cabinet of the Minister of Finance Jan Jambon, who shared insights into the future R&D policy of the government. It was an afternoon filled with engaging discussions, practical tips, and valuable networking opportunities. ๐ฌ ๐ฅ
A big thanks to everyone from IHTF who attended, gave their input, and contributed to the success of this event. Let’s continue these discussions in the next weeks and collaborate to rewrite a piece of the R&D tax legislation in Belgium! ๐ค
Special thanks to Leyton for hosting us and sharing useful tips and tricks.
Last but not least, a big thank you to Wesley for taking the time to join our R&D event and for sharing interesting insights. We appreciate your openness and willingness to take our input into consideration. This positive outcome highlights the importance of collaboration between corporate tax teams and government bodies. ๐
