DESCRIPTION:We hope you enjoyed a nice summer and some well-deserved time off. \nWe are pleased to resume our regular in-person iTx Group meetings. Our next meeting will take place on Friday\, 25 September\, and will be kindly hosted by Sibylle and Sophie at the Belgian headquarters of Jan De Nul NV: \nTragel 60\n9308 Hofstade-Aalst \nMost of you have already received a save-the-date invitation. If you plan to attend\, please also register using the link below: \nPreliminary agenda \n\nWelcome\nIntroduction to Jan De Nul’s activities\, presented by Sibylle and Sophie\nTrading within the Exclusive Economic Zone: VAT and customs implications and considerations\, presented by Sibylle\nAI use cases within iTx and Umicore’s experience to date\, followed by an open discussion on experiences and best practices\, led by Stefanie\nE-invoicing: practical insights and experience gained across several EU countries\, presented by Steven\nOngoing audits and other topics raised by the group\n\nMeeting schedule \n\nArrival: 8:30 to 9:30\nMeeting: 9:30 to 14:00\nVisit to the vessel simulator: 14:00 to 15:00\nA light lunch will be provided.\n\n\nAs an additional opportunity\, Jan De Nul has kindly offered our group an exclusive visit to its vessel simulators following the meeting. \n\n\nRegister for the vessel simulator visit here (this is not included in the registration of the main meeting: IHTF – iTx WG @Jan De Nul – Register for the visit to the vessel simulators (2) between 2-3 PM – In-House Tax Forum. \n  \nDirections to the venue will be shared closer to the meeting date.
