09:00–10:00 | Session 1 – Hybrid keynote & practical walkthrough
This first session will be held in a hybrid format.
You can:
- Join online via Microsoft Teams (just accept the teams invite) , or
- Attend in person at the Procter & Gamble offices (Register via the IHTF website),

- How current e‑invoicing and digital reporting mandates act as ViDA’s early warning system
- A practical roadmap for getting started in 2026
10:00–12:00 | Session 2 – Interactive in‑person workshop (on‑site only)
For participants attending on site, the webinar will be followed by a two‑hour face‑to‑face interactive working session.

During this workshop, we will:
- Reflect on the Belgian and Polish e‑invoicing mandates
- Look ahead to upcoming developments in France and Germany
- Discuss how ViDA already impacts invoicing, reporting, data models, and internal controls today
- Share best practices from past mandates and explore how these can be reused and scaled for future mandates and ViDA
This is a closed, hands‑on working session focused on peer exchange, real‑life experience, and concrete takeaways.
