IHTF – international tax meeting – The Economist 2026 outlook through a Transfer Pricing lens

January 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Dear Members,

We are pleased to invite you to our first international tax webinar of the year 2026: The Economist 2026 outlook through a Transfer Pricing lens

…  The Only Sport Where Playing Defense leads to Victory…

Today’s geopolitical climate forces companies to manage globally mobile value chains with unprecedented resilience, speed and often also risk. The VP Taxes’ personal sentiment vis-à-vis Transfer Pricing might be lukewarm,  ignoring it will backfire quickly and often from behind. Public as well as C-Suite tolerance for having Transfer Pricing  wrong is wearing thin so its relevance elevates further within the organization, offering the tax department unprecedented opportunities to have a seat at the executive table. Starting from a geopolitical tour d’horizon, this one hour session swiftly switches to 5 priorities for the VP Tax/Transfer Pricing Director with very concrete suggested course of actions to fully control the tax narrative.

Speaker: Isabel Verlinden

Who is Isabel?

Isabel Verlinden enjoys practicing transfer pricing and international tax policy as a partner @ NoemaGlobal. She is one of the five persons of standing nominated in Belgium in accordance with Article 9(4) of the Arbitration Convention.
